I'm a USA Communication customer. This has got to be the worst internet and cable service I have ever dealt with. I paid my bill late but considering I never have received a full month of service without any interruption me paying at all should be a plus. I'm setting here watching tv and it just cut off. The problem with the Pell City bunch is simple, they are all incompetent. We need a new provider in the area and boot these folks out. The only way to get action is for every customer to start complaining to the FCC, Public Service Commission, Talladega and St. Clair County Commissioners to lobby for someone new. I have had USA internet and TV service for more than a year. The internet is frequently down for hours or days. Two weeks ago it was down almost every morning, which is when I use internet. The TV quality is worse, meaning poor picture and audio. Did I mention it took a year to bury their cable in my back yard! I was very unhappy 11/3/16 when I turned in my equipment and ask to stop. I turn the tv on to watch football games and guess what, no cable same as last week. I will be changing to Dish. I wish Charter was available. My neighbors are all pissed off too. I will be deducting $20 from my bill. I thought we had it bad with Coosa cable. You hear me? ***, ***, ***, ***, ***. The cablel hasn't been working for 2 day 10/7/16 thru 10/8/16 , I'm getting a adjeustment on my bill for foe the 2 days. If the bill is not payed by the 10th there's a late charge I should get reimbursement on my bill.

The internet is costantly lagging or down and the cable is either blurry or not working im getting really fed up and im about to switch I would understand if it was raining or some kind of bad weater but its an everyday thing and its *** me off really bad

If you're thinking about getting "usa communications" for internet.... DON'T!! You will be better off with 2 dixie cups and a string ! Every single morning and night the the *** DOESN'T WORK!!! In fact I'm having to write this using my phones data plan !! They will tell you that they are rebuilding the system in Talladega... BS !! I see no one replacing feeder lines, amps or installing new nodes. They say its signal noise on the lines... well... Read more

Very annoyed!!!!! We have been promised better service since the acquisition from Coosa Cable. It hasn't happened, our phones & Internet go in and out daily with no warning, out 10 minutes or hours at a time. I just get a phone dialed and it goes out, or half way through an internet transaction, and it is gone. When USA bought out Coosa Cable I went and complained then about the cable service, was told to give them six months and it would be fixed. Over a year later it has not been fixed but has gotten worse, more channels affected than a year ago. Cannot watch a football game on SEC network, most of the HBO channels are a joke if you are trying to watch them along with Encore Channels. You pretty much cannot watch any action of any kind. The internet and cable is always out in odenville, and they never do anything to fix it... Or they screw it up worse. This happens every week! Then they take several days to come out. They don't really look to see what they problem is. It's getting old, y'all need to fix yalls *** and make it worth the money! Hurry up and fix everyone's internet and cable down here!... AGAIN.
