Very annoyed!!!!! We have been promised better service since the acquisition from Coosa Cable. It hasn't happened, our phones & Internet go in and out daily with no warning, out 10 minutes or hours at a time. I just get a phone dialed and it goes out, or half way through an internet transaction, and it is gone. When USA bought out Coosa Cable I went and complained then about the cable service, was told to give them six months and it would be fixed. Over a year later it has not been fixed but has gotten worse, more channels affected than a year ago. Cannot watch a football game on SEC network, most of the HBO channels are a joke if you are trying to watch them along with Encore Channels. You pretty much cannot watch any action of any kind. The internet and cable is always out in odenville, and they never do anything to fix it... Or they screw it up worse. This happens every week! Then they take several days to come out. They don't really look to see what they problem is. It's getting old, y'all need to fix yalls *** and make it worth the money! Hurry up and fix everyone's internet and cable down here!... AGAIN.

I reported my internet out the last week of July and again the first week of August. Both times I was told they would enter a work order, and someone would call me back to tell me when they are coming out. It is now Sept 6, No one has called yet. I have USA Communications Internet service that is when I wants to work.i have called tech support so much it seems they know my number and will put me on hold 15 -20 minutes at a time just to tell the same thing . I was excited when USA Communications bought Coosa Cable. I didn't think the services could get any worse. (1st mistake). I upgraded my internet to 15MB, (2d mistake) then lost my discount for bundle services. The internet rarely delivers the download of 15MB and the upload of 1MB has never worked. The upload is so bad it will not even measure on a speed test... just times out. I am now paying $32 a month more for services that at best work... Read more

Engaged USA Comm for internet, phone, cable tv service. Internet rarely works called and they set appointment 2 weeks out, So I'm supposed to pay for hit or miss service till then. Tech via phone told me the issue was their equipment on line and he could see the issue. Why do they need appointment to fix if it is their external equipment? Our account is under Christopher Goodwin. I paid $124.00 June 27 to have internet hooked up. We changed our mind and went with another company and they told me because i paid cash at their local office here that my refund would take 4-6 weeks because it had to go through the credit dept. I've been a customer for nearly 5 years now and they are horrible. If there are issues, they automatically tell you the modem looks good on their end and assume it is an issue on our end and suggests sending a tech out. 9 times out of 10, my service will be up and running normally.. shortly after the call!?@* They never assume responsibility, they never respond to online chat (even after you able to leave a chat message and if they do, again,... Yesterday I started Internet service with USA Communications. Today, the service is down most of the day so far. Sad to say I was with Century Link for three years (DSL) but both the DSL and phone services were terrible. Looks like we must live in s third world country since no one seems to be able to pride any service. I will be cancelling this in a few days if it does not rebound.
