USA Communications - Terrible
Bad customer service. It's expensive, especially considering the speeds they offer and the fact that it only works some of the time (almost never when you actually want it)
USA Communications - No internet service
Had to call "customer support" 5 times in 1 week poor or no internet service & still no internet. I was last told I would have to wait until someone was back in the office "3 DAYS LATER"!!! Unacceptable! So no one works on internet outages over the weekend??? I will be cancelling my account Tuesday!
