USA Communications - *** Service

Ninety percent of the time we have one bar internet, have had repeated visits from a tech, they say nothings wrong! We pay way to much money for *** service! They tell us they are upgrading the lines and that's why its so bad, it will improve in a week. Three weeks later still disconnecting and one bar service constantly! Getting ready to speak to an attorney in regards to this months long issue.

Bad customer service. It's expensive, especially considering the speeds they offer and the fact that it only works some of the time (almost never when you actually want it)

USA Communications - No internet service

Had to call "customer support" 5 times in 1 week poor or no internet service & still no internet. I was last told I would have to wait until someone was back in the office "3 DAYS LATER"!!! Unacceptable! So no one works on internet outages over the weekend??? I will be cancelling my account Tuesday!
